The Asymmetric threat presents unique challenges to traditional Government acquisition processes. To react to this ever-changing environment, Reger personnel are hand-picked, seasoned professionals with backgrounds in program management and government acquisition. Leveraging recent experience in support to newly form DOD agencies, we are able to craft and implement innovations in the acquisition life cycle from years to months, or even weeks. Careful administration of a tailored acquisition program allows for the simultaneous identification of technology gaps and key performance parameters, development of test plans and training packages, and identification of available contract vehicles. The result is new technologies reach the Warfighter on time, within budget, and ready to meet performance expectations. Lastly, Reger training teams prepare and validate end users, fully field systems consistent with client expectations, and remain on-station gathering continuous assessment vital to product improvement.
